Jodi Garrott’s goal in life is to help her clients obtain debt in the form a shiny home purchase, real estate investments, or of a refinance of existing properties. She aspires to not harm, verbally or physically, any clients who open new credit cards or sign up for other credit obligations while their loan is in underwriting. She loves to help work with clients who are taking steps towards the American dream of homeownership.
After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2009 with a Bachelors in Business Administration, Jodi’s professional career began in the IT industry focusing on technical software sales until she was recruited into the real estate industry. With her technical aptitude and background in title, she brings an acute attention to detail and passion for excellence to our mortgage process. Since joining Rubicon Mortgage Advisors, she works as a customer advocate ensuring our clients understand each step of the mortgage process and how best to interface with our loan officers in Texas. Teamwork makes the dream work!
Outside of the office, Jodi volunteers with Health Services North Texas, which provides healthcare to the underserved children and their families in Plano. She is also on the board of directors for Clays for the Corps, a nonprofit clay shooting tournament hosted at the Dallas Gun Club each year that provides scholarships for the children of Marine Corps Veterans. She lives by the motto that “the only thing more fabulous than a new pair of shoes is a Clear to Close”.
